Next we’re talking about how to get rid of anxiety
Firstly, let me tell you about myself a little. I used to be a man who easily worried about anything in my life, and I let my imagination play havoc with me. My nervousness and my worries wouldn’t let me focus on whatever I was doing.
Furthermore, I was conscious that I was being controlled by my worries and that disturb me even more – I would put myself down and say to myself, “What form of man am I that I’m letting myself be controlled by my imagination?”
Fortunately, I came across some readings that enabled me to see the light. I learnt several techniques that get me in charge of myself straight away. I discovered that getting cleared of nervousness and worries was not such a challenging task after all.
I’m sharing now this powerful technique. It’s “get yourself to the present”
A distracted mind is really a field where worries and concerns grow easily. Paying attention to what you’re doing is crucial to live a happy and fulfilling life. Having a positive outlook naturally follows.
Determine to get back to the current. For instance, you’re washing clothes, begin by saying to yourself “this is me washing clothes”. Repeat it calmly, focusing in the very action of washing clothes. Name that which you’re doing.
As you repeat to yourself “this is me doing (whatever)”, you start feeling relaxed. Other issues free relevance; you’re giving orders to your own head to actively focus on what you’re doing, and just that.
Keep on telling yourself what you’re doing, whenever you proceed to another job. Feel how more and more composure comes to you while you keep on repeating “this is me doing (whatever)”.
After some minutes of keeping focused and repeating to yourself what you are engaged in, you will likely experience a sense of wellbeing. All pressures and worries may appear past or unworthy. Keep focused.
Talk to yourself positively in between telling yourself what you’re doing. Say “this is me taking a bath” (for instance), followed by “I’m calm and I’m enjoying the present”, “this is me taking a bath”, “I feel good and relaxed”.
The advantages of the technique are nearly instant and strong. It enables you to concentrate on this particular present instead of letting your thoughts play with hypothetical events. It closes all unneeded worries and stresses.
This technique gives the opportunity to you of being more aware of who you’re, what exactly you’re doing, and where you’re, when practised consistently. The initial step to pick the life you desire!
People who understand the best way to control their life energy and disposition are certain to win over the melancholy. There are several simple pleasures around us. Don’t be obsessed with unhappy memories.
